• Graphic Design & Illustration: Provide comprehensive graphic design and illustration support for a variety of visual products, including briefings, electronic messaging, technical documentation, and informational collateral for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Utilize digital art, line drawings, image manipulation, and enhancements to create visually appealing and technically accurate designs.

• Multimedia Production: Develop visual content for digital and print platforms, including digital media, posters, web banners, and large-format banners for ceremonies and large events. Optimize visual materials for both in-house and external print production, ensuring high-quality output.

• Technical Documentation Enhancement: Enhance technical documentation by incorporating high-quality graphics, charts, and tables to improve clarity and engagement. Ensure all materials meet government specifications, adhere to standards of quality, and maintain consistency in style and format.

• Production Equipment Management: Operate and maintain a variety of production equipment, including large format plotters, printers, vacuum seal heat presses, and lamination machines. Manage the production of large jobs such as document printing, binding, and manual assembly for key agency projects.

• Client Consultation & Project Management: Work directly with clients to understand their communication objectives and translate those into visual solutions that effectively convey information to the public. Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members and ensure that all production deadlines are met. Monitor office communications to ensure client requests are handled efficiently and with a high level of professionalism.
