Objective: To design a logo for the Coney Island Mermaid Parade and create a Newsletter Mailer for the event.

Solution: 

I was inspired by the cotton-candy pastels, light sandy ocean, early sunrise colors. Feminine, airy, casual and fun.

Logo is a playful, relaxed, happy mermaid. Her body surrounds Coney Island's iconic attraction the Wonder Wheel.
